Pull Up works when people can trust what they see. Post what's actually happening, respect the people around you, and don't use Pull Up to put others at risk.

1

Keep it real

Don't:

  • Create fake events
  • Pretend old media is live
  • Misrepresent what's actually happening
  • Manipulate Pull Ups
  • Spam locations
  • Impersonate venues or hosts
2

Respect people

No bullying, harassment, threats, hate or stalking. No targeted humiliation of anyone, anywhere on Pull Up.

3

Respect privacy

Don't:

  • Dox people
  • Expose private addresses
  • Redistribute restricted event addresses
  • Post invasive private content
  • Record or post sensitive situations maliciously

Be considerate when filming people around you. Not everyone wants to be in your Moment.

4

Keep dangerous activity off Pull Up

No credible threats, serious violence, encouragement of dangerous acts, illegal sales or activity, or content designed to put people at immediate risk.

5

Sexual content and exploitation

Explicit sexual content and exploitation of any kind are not allowed on Pull Up.

6

Protect young people

Pull Up is for people aged 16 and over. People under 16 are not permitted to use Pull Up. Beyond that:

  • Never target, groom, exploit or sexually solicit minors

  • Don't falsify an event's age requirement
  • Don't encourage anyone to bypass a venue or event's age restrictions
  • Don't share restricted private locations with people who aren't eligible to attend

Sexual exploitation involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported.

7

Host responsibly

If you host, make sure you:

  • Give truthful information
  • Have permission to host where you say you are
  • Use the correct location
  • Manage private access carefully
  • Update or cancel your event if plans change
  • Never impersonate a venue
8

Don't manipulate Pull Up

No bots, fake accounts, fake engagement, spam, automated manipulation or evading a ban.

9

What happens when guidelines are broken

Depending on what happened, we may:

  • Remove the content
  • Remove the event
  • Reduce visibility
  • Restrict hosting features
  • Temporarily suspend an account
  • Permanently suspend an account
